Anna Gunn
Anna Gunn was born in America. She is best known for her character Skyler White on Breaking Bad, an AMC television drama Breaking Bad for which she took home the Primetime Emmy Award for Outstanding Supporting Actress in the Drama Series in 2013 and 2014. Alongside her roles as Martha Bullock and Jean Ward and Jean Ward, she also appeared in The Practice. Anna Gunn, born 1968 in Sante Fe New Mexico fell in Love with Acting in The Preparatory School before moving with the family there to Ohio. She was a theatre student at Northwestern University and spent a time studying at the British American Drama Academy. Anna was employed in the theatre in the Chicago city for a few years before trying her hand at acting in television as well as films. In 1992 Anna got her first major role in the role of Arden in the 29th episode in the series Down the Shore. The actress continued to make appearances as a guest star in a handful of TV shows and films like Seinfeld and NYPD Blue through the mid 1990's, when she was tapped in a role that she reprised as Jean Ward in The Practice. The mid-2000's saw her was assigned to Deadwood in the role of Martha Bullock for two full seasons. She was cast as Skyler in Breaking Bad as Skyler, in the year 2008. In addition, she was a part of the podcast Numbered Day comprised of four audio dramas. Breaking Bad's story is often focused on the relationship between Walter White, his wife Skyler and their relationship that is strained. The relationship's strain and its eventual ending is reminiscent of the last years of Walter White's personal life.
